IB Exam Registration

Use this form to indicate and register for the IB exams that you will take.
IB Juniors: This form is only concerned with exams that you are taking this upcoming May. You do not need to decide what Higher Levels you will take your senior year (no, you’re not registering for the IB English exam this year). Additionally, you are not expected to have your Extended Essay title yet, so just leave that field blank. Email Mr. Liles at lilesg1@duvalschools.org if you still have doubt(s).

College Visit Sign Up and Permission

You must complete this form at least 24 hours before the visit so that your teacher will receive enough notice. On the form, choose the college you would like to visit and the teacher of the class you will miss.

Class of 2012 - Important Bright Futures information (please pass this on to others)

Students are now required to submit a complete, error-free FAFSA for Bright Futures, Florida Resident Access Grant, and Access to Better Learning and Education Grant initial and renewal eligibility any time prior to disbursement. No FAFSA = No $$.
